Studio is required for companies with more than US$100,000 of revenue over the trailing twelve months, however many people use AgentGrid. This is self-certified: buying Pro is your statement that your company is under that threshold.
Prices are in US dollars. Where tax applies, it is added at checkout by Stripe and shown before you pay. Extra Studio seats beyond the first 10 are managed from your account page's organisation section — the billing portal changes the seat count at any time, and invites cover the rest.
