Refunds

Try it before you pay

Every subscription starts with a 3-day free trial and no card is required, so you can find out whether AgentGrid works for you before any money changes hands. If it does not, do nothing and the trial ends by itself.

The goodwill window

If you are charged and change your mind, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no reason needed. One first purchase per customer; renewals after that are not covered by this window, because you have had the whole period to cancel before each one.

Cancelling instead

Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access to the end of the period you have already paid for. Do it yourself, at any time, from the billing portal on your account page — you do not need to ask us.

Your legal rights

This window is on top of the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and under consumer law where you live, which we cannot take away. If AgentGrid is faulty or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy whatever this page says.

How to ask

Email support@shadersource.io from the address your account uses, and say which payment you mean. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and typically land within five to ten business days once issued.
